Work package description
Objectives
- Develop a comprehensive core, yet adaptable, curriculum tailored to stakeholders involved in nonprofit scholarly publishing and Diamond OA, and support the development of skills and competencies for publishers/editors, service providers and researchers.
- Coordinate training activities across Capacity Centres and establish a process of skills assessment and routine updates to core curricular materials.
- Offer researchers guidance on the scholarly communication lifecycle, underscoring the value of nonprofit scholarly publishing and Diamond OA, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their research and publications.

Guidelines, standards, criteria, and processes to assess and validate competence.

Training modules and corresponding learning paths, relevant documentation (addressed audiences and skills/competencies, methodology of material development etc)
