First regional meetings of the Diamond OA Policy Forum!

These are the forum where we share, discuss and develop policy recommendations and funding mechanisms that work in various contexts to support more equitable, diverse, and community-led scholarly publishing internationally.
The first regional meetings of the Diamond Open Access Policy Forum will focus on policymaking for Diamond OA. They will present national and institutional policies, then facilitate discussions in multiple languages by region. Decision-makers from the same region — be that Africa, Latin America or Europe — will be brought together to address shared concerns and insights.
At the end of March, the second cross-regional forum will bring together national, regional and institutional policymakers from the three regions to share the results of the regional forums.
