OPERAS is a not-for-profit international association (AISBL), founded in 2019 under Belgian law, that provides a legal framework for SSH research infrastructure. Its mission is to coordinate and federate resources in Europe to efficiently address the open scholarly communication needs of European researchers in the field of SSH.

OPERAS is co-leading WP3 task 5.3 and is leading task 2.2 with horizontal role in all WPs. OPERAS also hosts one of the PIs of the project (Johan Rooryck – executive director of cOAlition S).
